Most people who find their way here aren't falling apart. They're functioning - working, showing up, getting through it. But something underneath isn't right, and it's been that way for a while.
If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Your story?

You're sitting in your car outside, engine off. There's a conversation you need to have inside, and you can't make yourself go in. You've been here before. You'll beat yourself up about it later.
You know you need to stop avoiding. Your feed is full of people telling you to do better, be better. You've tried. It hasn't worked. So instead you isolate a bit more, smoke a bit more, and tell yourself you'll sort it out eventually.
Asking for support can feel exposing - like admitting something's broken. It isn't. It means you're done waiting for it to fix itself. You don't have to figure this out alone.
If you recognise yourself here, have a look at how I work - and reach out when you're ready.
You're staring out the window replaying what just happened. You can't believe you did that. If people find out - your partner, your boss, anyone - you don't know what you'll do. This isn't who you want to be.
You never seem to have time that's actually yours. You're always on, always needed, always doing what's expected. Somewhere along the way you started to believe that's just how it is for you. So you find ways to take the edge off - quietly, privately, in ways you'd rather no one knew about.
It probably feels humiliating to ask for help with this. Most men I work with feel that way at first. It's almost never as hard as they expect it to be - and it's always worth it.
If this is closer to home than you'd like, I'd like to hear from you.

Couples Counselling
You're not enemies. But somewhere along the way you stopped feeling like you're on the same side.
The same arguments keep circling. One of you shuts down, the other pushes harder. You love each other - but right now that doesn't feel like enough.
Couples counselling isn't about deciding who's right. It's about finding a way back to each other - or at least, figuring out honestly what you both need.
How I work

I believe that we are inherently okay - that we have within us everything we need to navigate this life experience. We aren’t problems to be fixed but rather a jigsaw puzzle to put together.
I drop into your life story and help to make sense of your inner landscape by noticing the patterns and the signposts that our souls often hold out for us. I work relationally, with curiosity as the compass, following the threads of story, body, and emotion to uncover what’s driving the deeper patterns.
Together we create space for something new to arrive and a new chapter to begin.
Sessions are available in person on the Sunshine Coast or online, wherever you are.
